You are:
- Experienced (2+ years) in product/category management, preferably in B2B or distribution;
- Comfortable working with numbers and making data-driven decisions;
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented;
- Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with 1C/ERP systems;
- A strong communicator and a true team player;
- English proficiency: Intermediate+.
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with sales teams and field reps to drive sell-out activities;
- Plan promotions and manage product life cycles;
- Monitor competitors and propose improvements;
- Optimize the product mix and minimize dead stock;
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders;
- Partner with business analysts to support data-driven decision-making.
